My niece and nephew each had a rocket they built in science class last spring that we launched too. After 20 years, AA batteries get a bit corroded and Estes igniters fall apart. We did have one of the old engines malfunction too. It is definitely safer and easier to use new stuff.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We just got back from the annual Sprague Picnic. It worked out well since my aunt that lives closest to us hosted it this year, so we didn&#8217;t have as far to travel as most of the family.</p>
<p>As you will see in the pictures it was a Hawaiian theme and included a carved fruit contest. It was nice to visit with everyone.</p>
